With 20+ years of experience, Clarissa is a Psychologist with a Business degree from two of Brazil’s  top 10 universities. She has worked with small & mid-size businesses, as well as large corporations across the US, Brazil, New Zealand, Argentina, India and Portugal in multiple industries.

 

Clarissa began her career as an HR Generalist, gaining comprehensive experience in all HR subareas while managing efficient teams. To enhance her business acumen and strategic thinking, she transitioned to Operations & Consulting. In 2014, as a Los Angeles resident, she returned to the "HR umbrella" with a focus on recruiting, making successful placements in companies such as Disney, City National Bank, Herbalife, Snap, World Surf League and Accenture. Clarissa then transitioned to an HR Business Partner role, excelling in supporting projects at leading organizations including Microsoft, Meta, Google, Kaiser Permanente, Amazon, and other Fortune 500 companies.

 

At CPR, she now partners with small and mid-sized growing businesses, providing expert guidance as a Fractional HR Manager and on-point HR Advisor. Her areas of expertise include Employee Experience and Performance, Headcount Planning, Onboarding, Staffing and Recruiting, International Outsourcing, Payroll and Benefits Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies & Compliance. Clarissa is dedicated to leveraging her extensive experience to support clients in achieving their HR goals.

Kyra is a subject matter expert in recruiting creative, technical, and executive-level talent. She has developed and executed comprehensive talent acquisition programs, including recruitment marketing and candidate attraction strategies, inclusive hiring practices with DE&I training for hiring managers, and executive reporting using data and analytics to measure program efficacy. Fernanda began her career in recruitment, providing consultancy services across various segments. She quickly specialized in training, implementing new structures in multinational companies and start-ups. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at prominent companies such as Dell, Michael Page, Tata Group, Aspen Pharma, Yahsat Telecommunications, and Lojas Renner. Throughout her career, she developed a comprehensive HR perspective, excelling in areas such as development, training, engagement, business partnering, and specialized recruitment.

 

Her extensive experience includes managing staffing needs and allocating tech teams, leading digital transformation implementation projects, and rolling out HR operations from scratch. Fernanda also has a solid background in implementing E-learning platforms, performance management systems, performance evaluations, and coaching programs.

 

Currently, Fernanda focuses on structuring HR subsystems in IT start-ups while also serving strategic clients as a headhunter, attracting high-potential professionals which has made her a vital asset in each organization she has supported.
