FRACTIONAL HR
MANAGER & ADVISOR

- This package includes everything needed to meet your unique requirements: from strategic leadership to operational support, with scalable and customized solutions that cover all previously mentioned specialties. Note that Staffing & Recruiting services are partially excluded and receive a 50% discount, contractor costs will be billed separately.
PAYROLL & BENEFITS MANAGEMENT
- Streamline your payroll & benefits management with expert support, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. As a Gusto Partner, we assist with migrating or creating your Payroll & Benefits on the Gusto platform. We can also work with other platforms of your choice.
- This service includes running payroll biweekly or bimonthly, and up to 1 hour of monthly support, including new hire onboarding, termination, and HR advising.
HR AUDIT & ASSESSMENT
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of your HR policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, recognizing successes, identifying internal challenges, and providing actionable
recommendations with prioritized solutions for short and mid-term improvement.
- This service includes a 15-minute introduction call and a 3-hour meeting to review your company’s specific case.
GLOBAL STAFFING & RECRUITING
- Receive comprehensive support for your hiring needs, from crafting job descriptions to offer acceptance. Our international talent acquisition team ensures you find the right fit for your needs.
- Full-time employee (w2): up to four hires per year rate is 20% of base salary, for five hires or more per year rate is 15% of base salary.
- Contractor: we recruit, manage and pay your US-based and international contractors directly, with fully transparent rates, so you always know the true cost. Latin American contractors typically cost 25-35% of a US-based resource. Our fees are: 23% for contracts under 6 months, 20% for 6 to 12 months, and 18% for contracts over 12 months. Expand your global team efficiently.
