Clarissa Pinto Ribeiro
Founder and Advisor
With 20+ years of experience, Clarissa has worked and consulted for small &mid-size businesses, corporations, and multinationals from different industries in countries like the US, Brazil, New Zealand, Argentina, India and Portugal. She has proudly worked with people worldwide with amazing backgrounds and life stories. As a Psychologist with a Business degree from two of the top 10 ranked universities in Brazil, Clarissa is a people-person while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
Early in her career, while still pursuing her degrees, Clarissa became an HR Generalist, covering all subareas of HR: internal consulting, recruiting, training & development programs, payroll & benefits, while managing small teams. To deepen her business knowledge and improve her strategic thinking, she moved towards Operations (HR, Finance, Admin, Marketing, IT support). In 2014, she decided to go back under the "HR umbrella" and dove in recruiting, making multiple placements from junior to executive levels, mainly in California but not restricted to the sunny state. For the last 5 years, she expanded her responsibilities and became an HR Business Partner & Advisor.
A true relationship builder, Clarissa keeps in touch with friends since kindergarten while creating connections in all industries. When she isn't in front on her laptop, she is either networking, sailing or investing her time in outdoor activities, but always open to a good, constructive conversation.
