Business System Analyst

Location: Glendale, CA

Job Description 

You are the key communicator between project and client using data to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports. You plan, initiate, implement and assist projects in a fast-paced environment working with technology to integrate website/e-commerce to ERP platform. You monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met for implementations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly proficient professional to cultivate business relationships and create and streamline procedures and processes and grow into a Project Manager role.

  • Deliver projects of moderate risk and complexity, typically within a two-platform integrations, on-time and on-budget with high quality and client satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary delivery lead and internal and external point of contact for their projects

  • Plan and procure resources according to the scope and budget of the project; manage and maintain that resource plan

  • Produce and manage timelines in accordance with the constraints identified

  • Lead and engage in internal and external communications regarding all aspects of the project, including technical discussions

  • Produce and communicate internal and external project status reports and maintain all necessary project documentation

  • Monitor and manage the project budget

  • Facilitate problem solving discussions as well as client and team meetings

  • Implement existing methodologies and utilize the given toolset to manage projects

  • Identify and communicate risks and issues internally and externally

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a BA/BSA, Project Coordinator or Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment

  • Proven understanding of standard project methodologies

  • Ability to effectively communicate with offshore teams

  • Prepare and modify client SOW's

  • Proven ability to deliver low to moderate risk projects, with demonstrable skills that show the ability to manage projects of moderate levels of risk and complexity

  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally

  • Experience creating and managing project timelines and monitoring budgets

  • Experience working with clients and within scopes of work

  • Experience in managing projects in at least one of the following platforms preferred: Magento Open Source, Magento Commerce, Magento Cloud, Sage 100, Sage X3, Sage 500. Other platforms will be considered too.
     

Corporate Sales Associate

Location: Glendale, CA

Travel requirement: up to 20%

Job Description 

Tech/SaaS company is growing and expanding their Sales Team. As a Corporate Sales Associate, you will join a results-driven, team-oriented environment. Your results will impact its revenue growth. You assist our clients with stellar service by tailoring our broad range of products and services to meet their need.

- Build relationships based on solutions that impact your clients’ business, recognizing opportunities for cross-selling multiple products and offering on-going solutions/maintenances/upgrades as their needs change. You effectively develop and maintain existing accounts while acquiring and developing new customers.

- You research market trends and find leads in different ways. Your research skills are so good, when you cold call your lead your even make a comment about the restaurant next to their office.

- You will gain a comprehensive knowledge of our solutions and products while you become the point of contact for at least one of our products.

- Master our software program and explain tech in business terms

- Assist in sales/business event layout and logistics.

 

Basic Qualifications 

-Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.

-1+ years of experience with corporate sales, 2+ years of experience in sales/account management, experience in B2B or tech industry is a strong plus.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Analytical skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time, work independently and meet designated objectives.

-Exposure to marketing automation systems and to CRM, proficient in MS Office

-Be a problem solver (not a problem pointer)

-Experience in industries such as tech/IT, software/SaaS, e-commerce or consulting is preferred but not required.

-Knowledge of ERP, Sage products is preferred but not required
